Stuck for months? good, that's the job

Stop planning the thing. Cut it loose.

Cleavora doesn't ask for a plan. It asks a few questions, works out where you're actually stuck, and hands you one twenty-minute move your hands can make right now.

How it actually works

No plan. No checklist. One move.

Everything below is a direct consequence of one rule: you're allowed to hold exactly one thing at a time.

✂️

One thing at a time

There's one task on the hook. Until it's done or cut loose, there is no second one waiting behind it. That refusal is the whole point.

Twenty minutes, then done

Pull the cord and the clock runs. At zero you say what happened — finished, part of it, or something stopped you. That's the entire report.

🧭

Starts where you're stuck

Not where the task begins. A few questions work out what's actually holding you before it hands you anything at all.

🧠

Remembers what you did

Not what you meant to. Every session leaves a mark, and it learns what usually stops you so it can ask about that first.

🔒

Nothing leaves your phone

No account, no cloud, no sign-up screen. Three to five minutes from opening the app to being underway. That's the entire promise.

📉

Visibly gets lighter

The things you've been carrying loosen as you work them, session by session, instead of sitting frozen in a list you stop reading.

A shortened, on-page version

What's actually stuck?

This is a compressed taste of the real flow. Pick what's true, get one move, pull the cord.

Where are you stuck?

Be honest. This decides what you get handed next.

Here's your one thing

Not a plan. One physical move for the next twenty minutes.

On the hook now

Clock's running

Demo timer, sped up so you don't have to wait twenty real minutes — the app itself runs the full twenty.

20:00

One task on the hook. Nothing else gets added while this runs. When it hits zero, you tell it what happened — no other report needed.

About us

Why we built a tool that refuses to plan

🧊

We're a small team obsessed with a very specific kind of stuck — the task you've walked past for months, the one that stopped being about the task a long time ago and became about the avoiding itself. Cleavora exists because "just start" is terrible advice, and we got tired of hearing it.

🎯

Our mission is narrow on purpose: find the one thing your hands can do in the next twenty minutes, and hand you nothing else. Not a plan, not a project board, not seven neat steps. Momentum doesn't need a strategy. It needs a first move that's small enough to actually take.

⚙️

What you get is a short round of questions that work out where you're really stuck — no idea where to start, know exactly what it is and dread it, too much piled up at once, or waiting on someone — followed by one physical action, one item on the hook at a time, and a twenty-minute window with an honest ending: done, partly done, or something got in the way. It keeps what it learns and asks smarter next time.

✂️

Cut it loose or finish it — either way, you stop carrying it in your head.

Privacy policy

Nothing to collect, so nothing is collected

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

Cleavora was built around one design constraint we never broke: nothing about your tasks, your habits, or your name needs to leave your phone for the app to work. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means in practice.

1. Information We Collect

Short version: none. Cleavora does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any account credential, because there is no account to create. We collect no analytics events, no crash telemetry tied to you, no advertising identifiers, and no usage statistics. The task titles you type, the reasons you pick for being stuck, and the session history the app keeps are generated by you, for you, and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

2. How We Use Information

Because we don't collect anything, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, or sell. We don't build a picture of what you tend to avoid, we don't pass insights to advertisers, and we have no database of user behavior to license or share — that database simply does not exist.

3. Data Storage

Everything Cleavora keeps — your current task, your twenty-minute session logs, and the patterns it learns about what tends to stop you — is written to storage on your own device only. None of it is synced to a server we operate, none of it is backed up to our infrastructure, and we have no technical means of viewing it even if we wanted to.

4. Third-Party Services

Cleavora does not embed third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or behavioral trackers, and it does not use tools that fingerprint your device or share data with marketing partners. If a future version ever needs a third-party service for something functional, we will update this policy first and describe exactly what changes and why.

5. Data Security

The best data security is data that was never collected in the first place. Since your task and session information lives only on your device, it is protected by the same lock screen, encryption, and operating-system safeguards you already use to protect the rest of your phone. We are not holding a server full of your history for someone to breach.

6. Children's Privacy

Cleavora is not directed at children, and because the app collects no personal information from any user — child or adult — no data of any kind is gathered from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region). Parents or guardians with questions can reach us using the contact details below.

7. Your Control

There is no account to manage because there is nothing stored anywhere but your device. If you want a clean slate, clearing the app's data or uninstalling Cleavora removes your task history, session logs, and learned patterns completely and immediately — there is no copy sitting elsewhere to delete.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes — for instance, if a future feature introduces optional syncing — we will update the effective date above and describe the change clearly before it takes effect. Continued use of Cleavora after an update means you've had the opportunity to review it.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about how Cleavora handles (or rather, doesn't handle) your data, can be sent to privacy@cleavoraapp.com.
